By accessing, browsing, or using the Laxigon Travels platform, a registered DBA and division of Laxigon Enterprises, LLC ("Laxigon", "we", "our", or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
Laxigon is, first and foremost, an artificial intelligence (AI) technology company. Our platform generates travel itinerary suggestions and routing recommendations using AI models, with additional features aimed at the needs of the modern cleared professional - including logistical planning that accounts for compliance signaling, work visa/residency routing, and privacy-conscious data handling. Laxigon is not a travel agency, booking agent, or legal advisory service, and does not process bookings, hold travel funds, or act as an intermediary in any transaction between you and an airline, hotel, tour operator, or other third party.
AI models, by their nature, are imperfect. Due to the nature of machine learning, AI-generated itineraries, destination suggestions, and any other AI-generated content on this platform may contain errors, outdated information, or "hallucinations" (confidently stated but incorrect information). This applies equally across every account tier - a paid subscription does not mean a more "trustworthy" underlying model, only different usage limits and features. You explicitly acknowledge that Laxigon does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, or logistical feasibility of any AI-generated content. It is your sole responsibility to independently verify all travel requirements, including but not limited to visa regulations, flight availability, border access, operating hours, entry requirements, and local laws, before making any travel decision or purchase based on Laxigon's output.
Travel inherently involves risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, geopolitical instability, severe weather, and logistical delays. By utilizing travel routes generated by Laxigon, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your travel.
Furthermore, for users requiring security clearance signaling, strict travel reporting, or specific work visa/residency routing, you acknowledge that Laxigon's AI models may not account for real-time diplomatic changes or niche legal restrictions. You are entirely responsible for ensuring your travel complies with your employer, government, or immigration requirements, including any personal reporting obligations tied to a security clearance or visa status. Laxigon is a planning aid, not a substitute for guidance from your employer's security office, an immigration attorney, or the relevant government authority.
We know a meaningful portion of our users - particularly cleared professionals, work visa holders, and anyone who is simply privacy-conscious - are choosing Laxigon specifically because of how their data is handled. Here is what actually happens, in plain terms, by account tier:
Regardless of tier, we do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe); Laxigon does not store your full payment card details on its own servers. Where AI processing of your inputs is required to generate itineraries, destination matches, or (for Pro/Pro Cleared) document review, relevant data is transmitted to our AI processing systems solely for that purpose.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security against sophisticated attacks, and we make no representation that our systems are suitable for classified or legally privileged information of any kind - Laxigon is not authorized to store, transmit, or process classified national security information, and you agree not to submit any such information to the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Laxigon Enterprises, LLC, its creators, affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your access to, display of, or use of this platform. This includes, without limitation, reliance upon opinions or itineraries generated by our AI, computer viruses, booking errors, denied border entry, physical injury, lost or unrecoverable locally-stored or encrypted data, or financial loss, whether based on a theory of negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Laxigon acts strictly as an AI-driven advisory and routing tool. We do not process bookings, manage reservations, hold travel funds, or otherwise act as a travel agency. Because we do not charge direct booking commissions the way a traditional travel agency does, our platform is supported in part through subscription fees, one-time credit purchases, advertising (on ad-supported tiers only), and affiliate partnerships.
FTC Affiliate Disclosure: Laxigon may provide external links to third-party booking systems, airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other travel-related products and services. Some of these links are affiliate links. This means that if you click on the link and make a purchase or booking, Laxigon Enterprises, LLC may receive a commission or referral fee at no additional cost to you. This applies whether the link appears within AI-generated itinerary content, in a sponsored placement (shown on ad-supported tiers), or elsewhere on the platform.
The presence of an affiliate relationship does not influence the accuracy of AI-generated travel information, but it may influence which third-party services, products, or destinations are surfaced or suggested to you. We do not guarantee that affiliate links represent the best available price, the most relevant option, or an exhaustive list of alternatives - we encourage you to independently compare options before booking.
We have no control over the content, terms, pricing, availability, privacy policies, or fulfillment practices of these external sites. Any transaction made through a third-party link or service is strictly between you and that third party. Laxigon is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for cancellations, refunds, delays, quality issues, or customer service disputes related to third-party bookings.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
